## Accountant

You manage complete accounting records for a client portfolio, with the support of a professional team

## About this position

As an accountant at Rotmar Strategies, you take over and manage complete accounting records for a portfolio of corporate clients in the Republic of Moldova. You work in a professional environment, alongside an experienced team, with well-defined processes and modern tools.

The position is suitable both for candidates with experience in outsourcing accounting and for accountants from corporate environments who want to work with a diversified portfolio.

## What you will do

### Accounting records

You register and process clients' primary documents — invoices, receipts, bank statements, cash documents — in accordance with the chart of accounts and National Accounting Standards.

### Tax returns

You prepare and submit on time all reports to the State Fiscal Service (SFS) and the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) — VAT, income tax, statistical reports.

### Financial statements

You prepare the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and annual explanatory notes for portfolio clients.

### Client relationship

You communicate directly with clients for document collection, clarifying financial situations, and providing current advice on tax obligations.

## Position details

### Requirements

- Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting (outsourcing is an advantage).
- Knowledge of tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
- Ability to manage a client portfolio simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and responsibility for legal deadlines.
- Communication skills and client orientation.
