Fieldwork role in inventory teams — complete training included, previous experience not required

## About this position

As an inventory agent at Rotmar Strategies, you are part of the teams that conduct professional inventories at client locations. You work with modern scanning equipment and directly contribute to result accuracy.

The position is suitable both for beginners and for those with experience. We provide complete training before the first field mission.

## What you will do

### Scanning and counting

You use professional barcode scanning equipment to count and register physical stocks at client locations.

### Verification and documentation

You verify the match between physical stock and client documents, note discrepancies, and complete inventory sheets according to procedures.

### Teamwork

You collaborate with colleagues and the supervisor to complete the inventory on time and to established quality standards.

### Flexible schedule

Missions often take place outside the client's working hours — evenings, nights, or weekends — so we don't disrupt their activity.

## Position details

### Requirements

No previous experience required — we provide complete training. We seek candidates with:

- Attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers.
- Availability for non-standard schedule (evenings, nights, weekends).
- Ability to work standing for extended periods.
- Responsibility and team spirit.
- Knowledge of Romanian; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
