Field coordination role — you lead the team, ensure quality, and are the interface with the client
About this position
As an inventory supervisor, you are responsible for the successful execution of missions on site. You coordinate the team of agents, ensure procedure compliance, maintain communication with the client's representative, and are responsible for the quality of the final report.
The position is suitable for candidates with experience in inventory or team coordination who want to evolve into a role with greater responsibility.
What you will do
Team coordination
You plan and organize the agents' activity in the field, distribute tasks, and monitor compliance with the schedule and procedures.
Quality control
You verify the accuracy of counts, supervise reconciliations, and ensure that discrepancies are properly documented and investigated.
Client communication
You are the point of contact with the client's representative during the mission — you communicate progress, clarify procedures, and manage unforeseen situations.
Reporting
You prepare the final report, present the results and identified discrepancies, and transmit the complete documentation to the internal team.
Position details
- Minimum 1 year experience in inventory or team coordination.
- Organizational skills and leadership.
- Clear and professional communication with clients.
- Availability for non-standard schedule (evenings, nights, weekends).
- Ability to make quick decisions in unforeseen situations.
- Knowledge of Romanian; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
